The Lazy Person’s Way to Use Spray Foam Insulation Kits

I hate having to insulate my home.  It seems to always be a hassle and the house always seems to be in need of some insulating in some place in the house.  I used to buy bunches of the pink fiberglass insulation and put it out in the garage on the floor.  Usually that was as far as it got.  Then I found out about Spray Foam Insulation Kits and that seemed like something I could do  without too much aggravation.

There are several kinds of of Spray Foam Insulation Kits which I was not aware of.  Some of the kits come in big boxes with long hoses.  These are probably great if you will actually see a large project through to the end and  really finish it.  That is not the case with me.  I have limited patience for such projects and have a really bad habit of wasting money on projects that are half completed. I also do not have the ability to just waste money anymore.  So I started looking for a kit that was small where I could just do a little at a time and finish a small job at a time.

I found out that Spray Foam Insulation Kits come in small cans.  They don’t cost very much and I can use the can up all in about ten minutes.  That is about the length of time I can handle a home improvement project. I did a window a week which worked out great. One of my windows equaled three cans.  That’s thirty minutes. I can handle that.
