I have found that one of the best bangs for your buck is to restore any wood surfaces that are on your property. Wooden decks, fences, gazebos, wood siding, and so on. I buy and fix up homes for a living and this is one of the best ways to increase a home’s value. The resale value of a home is directly affected by its first impression or its curb appeal as it is known. So anyway to spruce that up at an affordable rate will give you a great return. They make stain for pressure treated, cedar, and exotic hardwoods. Around here I deal mostly with cedar and the Penofin stain looks great and last more than other stains. I have gotten good at being able to clean up the outside of a property just by restoring any wood surfaces. It is amazing how much difference it can make to increase the value of a home. I have also found the Penofin sealer to be very user friendly which is good for me because I can’t afford to take too long when cleaning up a property. I like the Penofin stain so much that I have used it on my own deck and fence at home and it is holding up very well to this day.
